Bismillah..
It'd been few months back in early 2012, when we had grilled salmon for dinner..
First, lets add some flavours to our taste buds with these pictures before we go to the recipe..
Last monday I cooked this salmon for our dinner and complement it with baked potatoes as carbohydrate source, asparagus, capsicum and fresh salads as fiber source. And also, my favourite white sauce... Humhum.. really healthy meal huh... :)
We both are on light diet.. so I think this meal is perfect.. I read an article about a research on skipping carbohydrates on a diet will increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Hmm, that's scary... Isn't that most people on diet skip their carbs? Anyhow, we should think of balanced diet in our everyday meal.
So, here it is..the recipe.
SALMON GRILLED
3 pcs salmon
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil
Cover the salmon slices with pepper and salt.
Heat a pan, sprinkle some olive oil... Put the salmon slices, let it cook for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Turn it on the other side. Let it cook until golden brown.
I didn't use any herbs because my husband want to taste and smell the original flavour. Hmm, sometimes he becomes a weirdo on tasting and smelling foods..
I served it with grilled asparagus, capsicum and potatoes (baked then grilled). Not to forget, fresh salads tasted with apple cider vinegar, pepper and salt.

FRESH SALAD
Vegies of your choice
2 tbs of olive oil
1 tbs of apple cider vinegar
1 tbs of white pepper
A pinch of salt
Mix all together in mixing bowl. If you like, keep it chill in refrigerator while you wait for the salmons.
