May 2013 : A month to remember

Assalamulaikum.... Bismillah....

Finally, I have completed my thesis :) .... Alhamdulillah...
Now, I'm waiting for the corrections from my supervisor, then in one and a half month, a viva will be scheduled for me...

Apart from my thesis, a lot of other things happened in the month of May.

This entry is purposely to record the timeline and ensure the events are always memorable.
For whatever happened, INNALILLAH HIWAINNAILAIHIRAJI'UN....

May 3rd :
My sister and her family involved in an accident. Location: PLUS highway towards Kuala Lumpur. Alhamdulillah, all of them were safe.

May 4th :
Our car broke down at Kepala Batas town, with white smoke came out from the engine hood. The engine turned off automatically. The cause was leakage of radiator hose and the engine overheated. An overhaul was done to repair the engine head etc..

May 5th :
Our first election. GE13..

May 6th :
Blackout #505

May 8th :
My husband involved in an accident with a motorcycle rode by a secondary school student who was texting his phone when he hit my husband's car.

May 21st :
I attended a 3 days conference in Kota Bharu. My car got another problem. The power steering hose touched the belting and make a loud noise. The foreman replaced it with another hose and the problem solved.

May 27th :
At 11.30 am, I was about to depart to Taiping to fetch my youngest sister at her school. The power steering became so heavy and made a loud noise when I made a turn. When we opened the hood, there was a leakage from the hose that had been replaced 6 days ago in Kota Bharu. It looked like that the hose was replaced by a non-original hose and tighten with a rubber band. Alhamdulillah, this incident happened after I came back from Kota Bharu (400 km away) and before I go to Taiping (100 km away).
I wonder what will happen to me if this incident takes place while I'm driving that car.

ALHAMDULILLAH, everything that happened in month of May turned out fine and both of us are so grateful. For whatever happened, there must be a reason and a silver lining of hope. We just need to embrace it, be calm and patient. It's qada' and qadar.
